Origin – Browsing data
Socci informs you that the personal data that you provide and which is acquired at the time of your request for information and/or contact, registration to the Website and use of services via smartphone or any other device used to access the Internet, as well as the data necessary for the provision of such services, including browsing data and data used for any purchase of products and services offered by Socci, as well as only so-called “browsing” data of Users on the Website, will be treated in accordance with applicable legislation. The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, personal data whose transmission is inherent in the use of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of browsing users. This category of data includes “IP addresses” or domain names of users’ computers connecting to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the web server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. Purpose of processing and legal basis
The data are processed for purposes:
- that are strictly connected and necessary to register with the Website soccianchisemobili.com to the services and/or Apps developed or made available by Socci, to the use of the relative information services, to the management of contact requests or information through the Socci Website;
- for ancillary activities related to the management of User/Customer requests and the sending of feedback that may include the transmission of promotional material; for the completion of the purchase order subsequently placed through the offline channels of the offered products and services, including aspects relating to payment, management of deliveries, and updates on the availability of products and services temporarily unavailable;
- related to the fulfilment of obligations under Community and national legislation, the protection of public order, the detection and prosecution of crimes;
- direct marketing, i.e., sending advertising material, carrying out market surveys or commercial communication of products and/or services offered by Socci; this activity may also concern products and services of companies of the Socci Group and be carried out by sending advertising/information/promotional material and/or invitations to participate in initiatives, events and offers aimed at rewarding users/customers, carried out in “conventional” ways (e.g., by mail and/or operator calls), or through “automated” contact systems (e.g., text messages and/or MMS, telephone calls without operator, e-mail, fax, interactive apps), pursuant to article 130, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 as amended;
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points 1), 2) and 3), connected to a pre-contractual and/or contractual phase or functional to a user request or provided for by a specific provision of law, is mandatory and, failing that, it will not be possible to receive information and access any requested services; with regard to point 4) of this Policy, consent to the processing of data by the user/ customer is free and optional and always revocable without consequences on the usability of products and services except for the inability for Socci to keep you up to date on new initiatives or on particular promotions or benefits or advantages of the products and services.

Modes, processing logic, retention time and security measures
Processing is also carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means and is carried out by Socci and/or third parties that Socci may use to retain, manage and transmit the data. Data processing will be carried out with the organization and processing logic of your personal data, including logs originating from access to and use of services made available via the web, products and services used related to the purposes mentioned above and, in any case, to ensure data security and confidentiality. The processed personal data will be kept for the time required by law in the applicable time, and in any case for a period not exceeding ten years.
Also with regard to data security, in the sections of the Website set up for particular services, where personal data are requested from browsing users, the data is encrypted using a security technology called Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. The measures adopted by Socci do not exempt the Customer from paying the necessary attention to the use, where required, of passwords/PINs of adequate complexity, which s/he will have to update periodically, especially if s/he fears that they have been violated/are known by third parties, as well as to keep carefully and make them inaccessible to third parties to avoid improper and unauthorised use.
Cookies
A cookie is a short string of text that is sent to your browser and, if necessary, saved on your computer (alternatively on your smartphone/tablet or any other device used to access the Internet); this sending usually occurs each time you visit a website. Socci uses cookies for various purposes to provide you with a fast and secure digital experience, for example, by allowing you to keep your connection to the protected area active while browsing through the website’s pages.
